Unidirectional acoustic metamaterials based on nonadiabatic holonomic quantum transformations

چکیده

Nonadiabatic holonomic quantum transformations (NHQTs) have attracted wide attention and been applied in many aspects of computation, whereas related research is usually limited to the field physics. Here we bring NHQTs into constructing a unidirectional acoustic metamaterial (UDAM) for shaping classical beams. The UDAM made up an array three-waveguide couplers, where propagation waves mimics evolution NHQTs. excellent agreement among analytical predictions, numerical simulations, experimental measurements confirms great applicability engineering. present work extends on from physics designing metamaterials with simple structures may pave new way design UDAMs that would be potential applications isolation, communication, stealth.

Based on the analytical solution to the time-dependent Schrödinger equations, we evaluate the holonomic quantum computation beyond the adiabatic limit. Besides providing rigorous confirmation of the geometrical prediction of holonomies, the present dynamical resolution offers also a practical means to study the nonadiabaticity induced effects for the universal qubit operations.
